i think you should turn up your voice volume because even though i turn my volume at the highest speed, i barely hear you, and it won't work when the noise around me is louder, i often use my desktop instead so that i can turn up the volume higher than my phone

It's not that you'll get penalized, your content just won't be as high quality so you won't rank. If you use AI to create your entire posts with no editing it won't be unique content.
Great writing apps tips, but i would suggest deleting the sound effects (the "swooshes") in the future. Or at least balance the mix so that the voice is louder than the sfx's. In the end all I could hear was "swoosh! swoosh!".
