    Keep going strong man! Its okay to take a step back and spend time alone to relax and recollect.
    Anxiety can hit you unexpectedly and can last for a few days having stressful thoughts and unreasonable fears. It is temporary though and you will feel better soon.
    Spend some time to relax and organise your thoughts. Reason with your fears and prove them exaggerated.
    I wish the best upon you. Bad days are just days that are bad, nothing more, nothing less. Just a pause to rethink.

      V-Cat V thank you very much for the support. As you say, anxiety is temporary, and I’ve been much better since this was filmed. However, I’m very happy that I filmed this video while I was feeling so low, as it really can help people to see the reality of anxiety. But thank you for your kind words.
