Very problematic to deal with HL. Customer experience is absolutely horrible even you pay such a high price for these work. They call late into night for payments post official hours. They just call only for asking payments. That's about it.

Does not have minimum knowledge of how to talk to the customer. Designer John Wesly does not have basic design knowledge. Even he ordered wrong items. Post that he asked us to re order by paid same amount again. For him we also needed to pay Rs. 63000/- extra, as for AC pelmet they made a narrow thin pelmet, irrespective of giving proper 2D design of ac pelmet. Only Project Manager tried his best to manage the things. Rest all who were there in the group were completely silent spectators.
Yes. My friends also experienced a similar issue. These Online platforms hire some interior designers and get commission from them. We don't know, how professional they are. If we get a good designer from these platforms, It's our Luck.

Don't go with Homelane. They will issue waranty without completing project. This useless guys close all outstanding tickets without resolving.
