Thank you Caleb for the shoutout! We believe that the process and coatings used to create the ACT takes a Mil-Spec style trigger to new heights. For those that want a trigger they can trust and not break the bank, the ACT is an amazing choice.
The brake you have is the Gamma 5.56 SL, which was designed to pin/weld a 14.5 barrel to 16" and still fit the gas block off the muzzle. This is why it has 3 chambers and the different wrench flats. The regular gamma 5.56 has 2 chambers with a star pattern on the face (for flash?) with ports on top and bottom
Was coming here to say the same thing. I have the VG6 Epsilon SL pin and welded on a 14.5 and it’s nice to know I don’t have to grind it off to change gas block or switch to an adjustable. I will say that it is not a nice muzzle device to be on either side of at an indoor range. I try to pick an end lane and run it when no one is next to me.
I’ve used them all. Kungfu grip is thr best. The only thing better is thier proto before it that was released with grip tape. It was slightly thinner sides. But also $65. This one is super rad
Damn right Forward Control is a great company. Only Atlas/Plan B device I could find that actually worked like an A2 instead of being an omni-directional design. And the precision is top notch. For anyone wondering, if you want an Atlas/Plan B muzzle device that is both functional and a well built for mounting a suppressor, this is it. 6315RF for 1/2×28 and 6310RF for 5/8×24

I have an ALG trigger on standby but currently running BCM PNT triggers in all my ARs. I really like the more vertical grips like the B5 and the magpul k2. Great video as always
My favorite is the polished (ept) trigger from PSA. The gueisle is better but not as cheap. Brownells is awsome, but I wish they would bind because PSA is the shiznit.
Quesssstion... a friend wants to know... does the kungfu grip come with trail mix or sun dried tomatoes or something? That could be an incredible value for a grip under $100.
Challenge: *Top Five AR Upgrades **_Over_** $500.* Please and thank you. Lastly, I would include _RailScales_ as another worthy company. I highly recommend their products. Stay classy my friends.

I have 2 ACT triggers. Love 'em. Thanks, Big G!
Yep. Almost as good as a coated schmid 2-stage for 60 bucks
How did the plaid shirt not make the list
Over $100
It's from MidwayUSA .....lol
😂😂😂😂
Rail-scales along with the Karve for the fore-grip are quite impressive enhancements
I, like you, have been using the Kung Fu before we started stocking. Love your reaction to the brake.
Breek Arms Warhammer ambi charging handle has been a new favorite of mine the last few years
Aero Precision Breech charging handle in large size is a game changer. Surprised you didnt mention the storage function of the Magpul stock.

I used the Anderson stainless trigger in both of my AR builds. Love it.
The best vertical grips I own are the all-aluminum ones by Arisaka. Not too big and machined right. Magpul K2 grips and SL-S all day.
That's another $5 tax stamp, isn't it?
@yourface3154 not sure if that was supposed to be a joke...
@@Fister_of_Muppets I believe if it's under 26" and has a vertical grip, the ATF wants some of that tax stamp money. Seriously not joking, lol.
@@yourface3154 well yeah but you just assumed he had an sbr lol
Magpul CTR with the K2-XL grip and the BCM KAG are my go to.

The vft and any small forgrip is great if the gun gets just too hot but it's not time to stop shooting. Great gear.
Seeing Caleb gush after finding something new is a treat.
Men don't gush...

It seems to me the cutout in the Kung Fu Grip would be as obnoxious as the finger shelf on the A2 grip. A1 or Magpuls for me.

These upgrade videos are fantastic, I love hearing about all the different options and products out there. Thank you guys!
I got the alg qms and love it, might put the act on my next build
I prefer the BCM Gunfighter foregrip for performing the c-clamp grip on the rail, but that stubby looks like it should work well.
Better friction coefficiency due to the use of 2 different materials was also employed on the original locking mechanism of the Thomson smg.

Ooooo I like this topic 👌
Thank you Mechanic ❤
Barrels handguards and lowers can also be $25 and up. Handguards a little hard to find amazing under 150 though.
Good series!
Have you done a video like this for the ruger 10/22?
I tried the Kung Fu grip. It is terrible. If you do any rifle manipulation with one hand, for get that. Get a BCM MOD3. Never look back.
that is an awesome knife. what knife is that been looking for an otf for a while
How much to box up all those “slightly” used parts and ship them to me?😅
Caleb is going to be a great grandpa one day. 👍
I know that sounds, that's a micro tech box opener

The opening music is the same as the hold music on some phone systems 🤣
Yeah....but what hair gel do you use?
Would I be able to oil my AR15 BCG with HOPPE'S #9 gun oil?
have you measured the trigger pull on those alg triggers?
~6lbs
@@Awesomo12000 100% correct. If you install the purple hammer spring that the ACT comes with it can drop down to about 4.5 lbs.
Thanks for confirming Bill Dawg @@GeisseleAutomatics
Kung Fu grip aka never in stock grip
I wonder if you get a free GI Joe with the Kung Fu Grip?
Does that hundred dollars include shipping and handling?
Thx you sir 🥸🥸🥸
Why not a fixed stock?
I love my VG6 brake. I have it on an 11.5” and it works really well. Great choice for a brake under $100
Rather have a good flash-hider

It’s crazy to me what people will spend $100 on for bolt-on rifle accoutrements
Why would anyone buy an SL stock now that the DT is out?
❤ 🦆
What is so good about kung fu grip ? Don't like brakes as they are obnoxious , you can build the rifle to mitigate the recoil and muzzle climb ! 🥴
But it’s hard to knock off a pound and a half of recoil for only $24 like you can with a reverse slash cut compensator.
Agreed…I cannot stand being near people using them
Algorithm defeated
The Super Safety didn’t make the list………
Caleb forgot his adderall this morning.
How are you going to pimp a part you don't even have in stock?! 😂 No one has that darn die free grip
What is your “Dad’s” top five lol
''ARE'' !!! Not ''is'' for plural in the English language.
@BrownellsInc actually i would like to see some dedicated content on the (Cobalt Kinetics Pro Grip)
