As a left hander, I love Benchmade. One of the few companies who incorporate us into their knives. They definitely can be forgiven for not putting the slit on both sides of blade 👍

I got my Proper when they came out with the sheepsfoot blade and the micarta but man do I want the carbon fiber with the clip point blade,really like the slipjoint maybe because I am in my 70’s
I love my Hinderer slipjoints. I have a love/hate relationship with Benchmade so these never stirred my desire. Thanks for sharing. Have a great evening.
Pretty cool. I've never had a proper but always appreciated the modern traditional take. Would be one for the secondary carry side for me. Great review brother 👍
As always, give blue! :D The solid/mushy part is something I've felt constantly for years from traditional folders. Even from the same lines and batches. I'll bet if you were to disassemble them you would see the mushy ones had much more rounding on the edges down in there. But, not everything needs a pocket clip :P Remember with the Benchmades, they come with their little bags, so you do get a container.
Kyle you need to check out Great Eastern Cutlery the 23 and 97 are for large knife lovers. I am into traditionals and modern knives so even more options. Rough Ryder has a large Toothpick and Barlow you may like too.

Love Propers. There’s a lot of good pocket slips/organizers out there for them that work fantastic. My favorite way to carry them.
I would love carrying in a slip. Wish they would have included one.

Good looking knives, no doubt but I'm just not into slip joints.
I'm getting more into slippies, but for some reason the Proper never appealed to me. For me that Twosun beats them hands down!
I do like the Twosun. The half stop and feel work for me. And having a pocket clip is great.
