True. Of course, when it suddenly streaks around the house like crazy and scratches anyone who gets in its way can be scary and painful. I got scratched a few times during such sudden wild streaking. Not sure what triggers it. It could be sleeping one minute, then the next it's streaking like it saw a cucumber. 😅
I can confirm the cat distribution system. One of my cats (RIP little buddy) just strolled into my house when I was a little kid. As a kitten he just casually wandered into a house that had multiple cats and two dogs, sat on the dining room table, ate from the cat food that was put out for our cats, and decided to go snooze next to it. My little buddy never left and the other animals (even the cats) immediately accepted him as part of their pack. He was such a lovable little rascal. Still miss him so many years later. His name was 'banjer' which loosely translates to rascal.
