With so much inspiration for real world applications it's exciting to wonder what new extraordinary technologies will be created because of the love of this show 🤔 ♥️

@@ElDukeAy ~ Sisko's my favorite, but's all just a matter of taste. I love his wry Gene Hackmanish sense of humor; that expression he gets that's a bit cynical by star trek standards when dealing with, say, a Vorta that he knows is lying. Shatner does that too, but it seems less hammish + more authentic when Sisko does it. Brooks is just a better actor. I love Picard, but he's too much of a paragon of virtue for me to relate to personally (except when he's losing it over the Borg, who hates with good reason...)

I wish he and the rest of the cast really did understand how their respective characters influenced kids, like me, that grew up in that time period - if they did they might've kept their own counsel on saying things to needlessly alienate some of those fans. They say 'don't ever meet your heroes' and in the social media age that can extend to not reading what they post or say.

I have watched this forever, the final season is going to feel so "final" when the credits for the last episode of Picard ends..
Short History of why it means a lot to me
    1. Watching Kirk and Star Trek with my now late grandfather
    2. Being a kid, and going into teen years watching TNG
    3. Watching and loving DS9 (i know, i know, some people did not like it)
    4. Really getting into Voyager and Enterprise (Teen boy, 7 of 9, do i need to say more? Now i am much older... 7 of 9, do i REALLY NEED TO SAY MORE!)[talkin about the acting she does you pervs :)
    5. Years with no star trek and honestly really wanted Star Trek.
    6. Than getting slammed with so many Star Treks, I do not watch them all (so i guess i am not a hard HARDCORE fan, but still a fan) But watching most of them
My favorite scene to date has to be the final sit down scene between Q and Picard before meeting up with the group. Ironically enough until that moment, before that scene was the final scene with Picard and Q in TNG when he said "You will find out" . I am still hoping he will find out!!!!!
