It is through your relationship with God ..and listening for His call in your spirit..then possibly being confirmed by man ..but,not always

Actually from God (because he created you) and often confirmed by others through the Spirit.

Another person may help you know to ask the question of God, but God will be the one to tell you. If someone doesn't know to even ask, another person who knows God wants to tell them, can help start that conversation.
