An informative video, thank you for making it. You need two rows of dog holes across the center of your workbench so you can either put some dogs in to act as stops or you could easily clamp the item you are working on. I agree with the previous post. More videos on the Lamello Zeta P2. There aren’t many in depth videos available on this machine. And the pace of this video was a bit slower than usual which is a good thing when the viewer is trying to learn to use the system. Thanks again. Ron
Hi Ron, thank you for that feedback on the pace of the videos. We have been trying to go for brevity, but maybe a little more depth and detail are better. And, yes, those videos pre-date the arrival of two Wettstein work benches from Switzerland, complete with heavy beech tops, vises, and plenty of bench dog pockets. You'll see them in the finished videos after our next round of shooting. Although I've never been found wanting with enough parallel jaw clamps around either! Those are my own clamps in those videos and I've been using them for 25 years. Chris
That’s a stave-core lamination that Chris used to fabricate in his shop. He believes there is a company in NY state that makes stave core blanks. Doesn’t recall the name though.
Reach out to us directly and we’ll be able to help you out - we don’t list that long drill jig (item 125345) on our price sheet, but we have a couple in stock at the moment. The stop square is item 251044
That is white oak with a "mahogany" stave core - although it's whatever substitutes for mahogany these days! I host several other videos with the Zeta here on the Lamello products video section, and we'll be adding more as time goes by. There are a few more in queue ready for final editing now. Please subscribe and keep checking in! Do you have any particular requests? We like getting input from customers on what they'd like to see. Thanks, Chris
Because we need a clear path to reach the cam lock for each connector and in a recommended web pattern there will always be an odd number on one edge and an even number on the other
Nothing in the works just yet, but since this video was taken we have come out with the Cordless Zeta P2. Check it out ! www.csaw.com/lamello-zeta-p2-cordless/

Very informative video. Next time, please edit the sound level (voice is kind of quiet and the machine noise is loud).
Thank you. Yes, some of our videos don’t have the greatest audio. We’re woodworkers learning to be A/V guys
excellent video, where can you get some material like that?
