We are from Pakistan and we want to change our Slovenian visas into German work permit. We do not have PR from Slovenia. With new law may be they ll need A1 language. Can you please help me how we can change Slovenian to Germany visa. We both have university degree. Is there any option without Slovenian PR we can get any visa of Germany. Thank you so much indeed. سلام سهیلا جان، دارندگان دولدونگ کاری میتوانند بعد از ۳۰ ماه کار، اجازه اقامت سه ساله آلمان را مطابق به ماده ۲۵ب قانون اقامت آلمان بدست بیاورند. البته برای آن باید تا ِآن زمان حد اقل به سطح A2 به آلمانی صحبت کرده بتوانند. قابل یاد آوریست که با این نوع اجازه اقامت برخلاف قبولی های دیگر، اگر با آن پاسپورت هم داشته باشند، حتی میتوانند به کشور متبوع خود نیز رفت و آمد کنند.

سلام بر شما، بلی اگر در مورد اطلاع یابند و یا خود برای شان در مورد بگوئید. در غیر آن در مورد اطلاع نمی یابند و مشکلی نیست.

یک سوال دیگر ، بعد از ۳۰ ماه کار که بعد از گرفتن دولدونگ انجام داده باشد یا قبل از آن هم حساب میشود؟
@@snazari7370 از زمانیکه دولدونگ کاری گرفته باشد. قبل از آن متاسفانه استفاده نمیشود.
