These are the only 4 bells you need to get to. You can reach them all from the same spot. I might have had equipped the purple gem that increases the damage of the katana, not sure if it also extends the reach. Try that if you can't reach the bells.

Seems this has been patched or something: Katana's not doing anything to the bells
