Book of boba fett is so underrated. I loved it minus a few things. They should do a season 2 and make him more badass though

My favorite fett is the fett with the deteriorated armor from the two pack. 😍 I wish I had picked up the arena fett when it was available

I was really hype for this figure and it didn’t disappoint. My favorite Fett so far. Big time. I could be wrong, but I always thought this armor was modeled after the last scene from the madalorian season 3 when he steals the throne from Bib. So in that case his armor texture would be accurate correct? It doesn’t become smooth until book of boba fett starts. That was always my take on this figure. Hot toys has another Fett figure coming out from BOBF, this is from the Mando season 3 (last scene). I think.
it was smooth in the daylight before that episode (when they met mayfeld in the prison)

however this is the ultimate temptation I am fighting buying him as I recently re-evaluated my collection, my finances, my marriage... and have to say ENOUGH FETTS! May you all enjoy watching him sitting on the throne...
I made a throne base from insulation foam covered with filler. The filler gives a nice stone type of look. Also very cheap and quick to do.
Mine arrived today and I have him posed on throne with a ROTJ Rancor figure next to it with Han in carbonite and I think it looks amazing and I can hardly wait for Fennec Shand to pose on the side of the throne

Yes sir, I’d like to see you make the Jabba stage to mount the thrown on top. I wish it came with that. Because that’s how it was on the show! Love that Rancor!
That's what it's all about! Seems like this guy, like Golden Armor Wonder Woman, like SW Toys Lady Spooktacula, is gonna make a lot of collectors happy. Not for me but glad it turned out so well.

I did get this, I am waiting on Fennec Shan, which I am seriously considering getting two of. One for display with Boba on throne. The other for action pose. Still want a Cara Dune and the other characters they haven’t made.
Thanks for providing your thoughts on this figure -- it's truly incredible. Boba Fett and the throne will definitely stand out in the collection. Plus, you need place to rest Fennec Shand. What an iconic display that will make. Hot Toys is knocking it out of the park with these diorama bases.

I had my eye on that piece from last year glad to say I pre-ordered it got a good deal of a discount $36 taken off and I cannot wait to have it in hand pretty soon of course I got partner in crime paid off just waiting to when it arrives

Looks awesome, but it sux that the non-throne version doesn't come with the Uncle Fester headsculpt.
How do you change the head?
Think with the extra thrown bottom extender, this is the best boba. Certainly until the 1/4 comes out.
Will the throne fit in a regular IKEA detof display case?
This figure only represents a post credits scene. It's not even the repainted look of Boba at The Book of Boba Fett.
the green oxidizing on the rancor gargoyle heads is a really cool detail.
2-pack still wins for me personally, represents a more significant point in his overall story. def appreciate how nice this set looks though.
That's subjective, I actually think him taking over Jabba's Palace is more significant.

seeing temuera finally take on the role of boba, mysteriously showing up in the tusken look and then kicking so much ass was awesome. then boba reclaiming the armor, back after being “left for dead on the sands of tatooine” nearly 40 years after his last live action appearance.. just epic.
again though, collect what you love. throne scene was amazing and the repaint outfit is super fresh. both versions are great in their own way.

@@futurafreeze for me that look of boba was very much one and done. It was a great scene, but it's just that. A scene. Much more you can do with the repaint version but like you said, collect what you like & to each their own.
It’s definitely my favorite Fett only because I don’t have the arena one…yet.
If you have the 2pack would be best to just get /find the throne somewhere or is it worth getting the figure and the throne ? The new one looks better for poses than the weathered one from the 2pack?
it's just personal preference. posing is similar
Just get the throne loose and pair with BoBF Boba.

Boba Fett seems to be the new Iron Man for Hot Toys...I will stick with my post-Sarlacc, weathered two pack though. I much prefer him to this version. I will even be an heretic and make a Rancor for him. Should also look pretty good riding him, even if it is not quite the correct combination.

I think the book of boba fett is by far the best fett. The bling and the pants are my personal fav. I will forsure be posing the book of boba fett on the throne

I think I'm set with the two pack Boba, I might get Fennec to go with him and that'll be it for my collection, probably... but the TBOBF version is very nice too...
I prefer the rusted version, especially because boba was cool in Mandalorian but not in his own show!
I like the acid etched one. I just recently got it with a head sculpt and love it. That scene was ultimate fett. Hated book of boba and want to avoid anything from it. Course I didn’t want to sink into mando figures either but here I am.
