Thanks sooo much! I work from home and I can relate soooo much!! My head has been racing because it’s a lot of screen time and gogogo mindset. Just today I was off my phone most day snd in the AM and saw such a difference. Happy I’m not alone 💕

I totally agree with you Jess about the no phone before bed and after waking up. I started doing it recently and it's helped so much with my anxiety.
Love the tips! I do what I call the “night sweep” every night to make sure everything is tidy so I can sleep peacefully. I also read and watch Jonna Jinton (another calming youtubers) before bed. I just do social media in the morning, and then not touch it the rest of the day, which is lovely! These habits/productivity videos are so great!

I tried the phone habit a few months ago just bc I found myself comparing myself too much to people online. It was bad for my mental health. I look at it as a little phone intermittent fasting :) I absolutely love it. Good for you :)

i also sometimes suffer from anxiety especially at night, especially when i have exam tomorrow or 1st day of semester. what happens when the anxiety hits it's that my heart starts racing when i lay down on the bed at night. it sucks.
I use headspace for a range of things, but they had these, basically bed time stories, but they put me to sleep every time when I'm having trouble. Or they had SOS things for if you wake up in the middle of the night and want to go back to sleep.

I’m all about this content 🤩 I have such a hard time picking, so I’d love to know what kind of alarm clock do you like to use?
I clicked so fast lol I’ve been wanting to try BetterHelp. I’ve been trying to find a therapist that I can help me through my struggles with anxiety and loneliness but without pressuring me to take anxiety medication. I like to do things naturally. I’ll definitely have to give it a try, because I’ve been wanting to go back to therapy. I have definitely gotten into the habit of not using my phone when I get home from work at 12:30am. I’ve been trying to read a book, or just lay in bed and get comfortable with my thoughts. But, my problem is definitely waking up and picking up my phone. That is something I should definitely try. 2 hours after I wake up. Because, I pick up my phone and keep looking at the time and telling myself I have plenty of time, but then 3 hours pass by and I haven’t eaten or started to get ready for my day. Definitely something that I need to try. Thank you Jess! Love you so much💛
