But in the second movie they were still young and became the legends they were meant to be ... they brought peace to the Middle East, crops to Africa and played a concert on Mars!
FanboyFilms Well I'm not gonna speculate but that is what I've heard and it seemed pretty legit not just some internet b s. Even had recent pics of Bill and Ted together.
I am a college graduate in History, and, to this day, I still pronounce Socrates wrong initially because of this movie. THAT'S it's lasting power. I'm still not sure how I feel about that.

I can honestly say no other movie has had such a lasting impact on me as "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure". I still say "strange things are afoot at the Circle K", "Excellent!", "Be excellent to each other", and "party on". If you don't understand Bill & Ted references, you are basically dead to me.

It's also one of the only comedies to spawn an EXCELLENT! sequel. Bill And Ted's Bogus Journey is a seriously underrated movie that may be even better than the first

Bogus Journey may not be a great sequel but it wasn't horrible.....
It did what sequels today can't seem to do which is come up with a different story/adventure for characters we love

RedVIII Its Bogus Adventure. The alt title is Bill and Ted go to Hell. Which is basically what it is.
It's Bill & Ted's Bogus journey and I know this because I have seen it atleast realistically about 100 times growing up. I can quote the whole damn movie from basically from memory.

I like how Keanu Reeves had to play a criminal that could be sentenced to 70 life sentences without parole for the murders he committed just to escape his 'dude' image. Not to mention the three guys he killed with a pencil and the countless others that led to his reputation as the Baba Yaga.
Lawyer, son of Satan, cop/FBI agent, football player, computer hacker/world saviour couldn't shake it... Mass murdering psychopath? Nailed it!!
Alex Jackson I think you're missing the point of John Wick. It's not about the crimes he committed or the ethics involved, it's about how good that movie was and it's revitalization of Keanu's career. But seriously, how good was John Wick? I would go as far as saying it's a beautifully done homage to the Golden age of Action movies, aka the 80's.
Oh I loved John Wick, and eagerly awaiting the sequel. I just find it amusing that it took a character that intense to shake his surfer idiot image. Even Neo couldn't do what John Wick did. :P
I think it had to do with his other roles always being the "new" guy who was excited and enamored with what was going on. They always made Keanu seem younger and would bring back memories of the childish innocence of Bill & Ted. John Wick was so hyper-competent that there wasn't the chance for him to evoke those memories and it contrasted against them very well. I think he just needed time to get older roles.

His latest was a hit, and he has one on Frank Zappa in the works.
(And after those, he's taking a break from documentaries to do a small indie movie called "Bill and Ted 3".)
This is my favorite comedy of all time, and one of my favorite movies in general.

A Buffy the Vampire Slayer Honest Trailer would be amazing. That movie is the 90's and maybe some of the late 80's encapsulated. Plus Joss Whedon somehow got Donald Sutherland, who is an absolutely amazing living trope as Merrick, to be in it and that absolutely mindfucks me at times.
BitsyTheNinja Joss Whedon walked off the set and never came back during the filming of the Buffy movie. They changed his script and ruined it. It's why he created the show. The show is what he wanted for Buffy, not that awful movie.

Well it is Jon Bailey but he does indeed sound different, maybe a different microphone or sound processing.
Was he doing a surfer voice?
Marbletrain60 no I was thinking the same thing. maybe the deeper voice is getting too rough on his vocal cords.
His voice tends to be lighter depending on the content of the actual film, i.e. if it's geared more toward a younger audience. That's kind of how regular movie trailer voice overs are.
they said in a previous video that the last guy was actually a replacement for the original voice over artist who went back to serving in the military. and I think he was the best, just like the voice in most trailers. I hope they bring him back.

I have to say, not really. I hated Bogus Journey, it was so much less funny than the original. And the guys are older now, not always a good thing. I hope it rocks, I'd love to be wrong! Just don't generally have a good feeling about sequels, especially after so much time.
