    I feel like because this new generation (Gen Z) grew up using technology since they were kids, they’re so used to it, which is why they’re so accepting of these virtual idols. I also think that as time passes & new generations are born and grow up with even more advanced technology than we have now, they’re going to be way more accepting to AI idols (i.e., they’ll be more use to them because AI will be more common).
    Even now, we’re already starting to see the use of robots (in warehouses, restaurants, etc) and other tech (like ChatGPT), and this is just the beginning phase. So, imagine how advanced the tech will be for the next generation of kids.

      I’d assume you’re in awe at all the high tech around and seem to be welcoming of more “advancement”. When was the last time you physically talked to your family members? Sit with loved ones? Months? Years? More technology does not necessarily mean a better life. Au contraire!!!

      @@kumarj4693 it depends on person. People have to take responsibility for what tgey eat and what they prefer to do). Some people use technology for learning,work, improving themselves, some for self destruction. If you can’t use knife in a good way it’s not necessary to forbid it for all

    I haven’t heard of Eternity before this, but I have seen a few K-pop groups with virtual members (like MAVE). I will say that compared to the other groups I’ve seen, Eternity’s members are the most ‘life like’ in terms of how they look. They look so real, to the point that I wouldn’t have know they were A.I and not human if I didn’t see this video.

    When people start believing in absurdities, like virtual divas, these same people can be made to commit vile atrocities in real time by the same medium that influenced them.

    no hate but all Kpop fans are usually not fortunate-looking and socially awkward ppl. Could that be the reason why they are more prone to develop parasocial relationship with their idols idk. But this is the huge industry and it is making money all right

    • @MaryamM98
      @MaryamM98 Год назад +4

      To be fair, I don’t think it has anything to do with their looks or with them being socially awkward. I think most kpop fans are teens & people in their 20’s, which is the age when people have crushes or strong emotional attachments to others.
      Parasocial relationships can also be found outside of k-pop, even with other celebrities. Remember Beatle mania? One Direction? Remember how their fans were obsessed & cried when they broke up? Their fandoms behaved just like kpop fans do now.
      I think part of K-pop’s global success is because the west doesn’t have “teen idols” anymore (i.e., when we were younger we had celebrities who made music for teens like Justin Bieber or One Direction. But kids today don’t have that, that’s why Hip Hop is the most listened to genre). So, kpop idols have become the new replacement (K-pop is not only catchy, but also kid friendly). Also, many idols themselves are teens or in their 20’a, so they’re the same age as their fans.

    Thank you for the video, I found out that investing is not for everybody, you just need a strong stomach too see your portfolio go down. It might be wiser for a novice to start with copy trading investing, but it is not easy. To invest in growth stocks it is another level, definitely you need to know what are you doing.

      From my own point of view, you need to invest smartly if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $255k in raw profits from just 6 months into the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy, mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key for short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.
