    Is doing balance board any good ? Does it have good carryover ? What about variations like single leg or eyes closed ?

      Balance board can serve a role, just depends on what type of challenge you are wanting to give your body. Eyes open or eyes closed is a great option as it takes out the visual system which plays a huge role in our balance!
