I like that Bruce's face was framed in shadows in the last shot of him in the Batwing, so that only his chin was exposed; like even if he's not in the batsuit after his ressurection, he's still Batman in his last moment.
Bruce Wayne is one of his alias.

Everytime Batman dies in any kind of media it always has some bullshit happening or other, but GK handled that part well I loved the fact even if his death might be faked after Lazarus incident he can actually rest easy with real protectors of Gotham
They really are a family. Even Jason, after all the setbacks. He became a good brother to both D!ck and Tim.
The Red Hood actor needs a raise, he played the role of Batman better than any of the other knights.

@@anthonysmith7504 it'd be cool if it had choices kinda like Spider-Man Web of Shadows so it could have multiple endings depending on how much you lean into the anti-hero or hero sides of the character.

@@Halogamingtm yeah, but this game is supposed to be played in multiplayer. I mean a singleplayer game with heavy focus on the story. It could be Arkham's spiritual successor, and Rocksteady would make a fine job.
I used Tim for most of my play through. Seeing this little baby broadcast and promise to protect Gotham was very much awwwww for me.

I still think this game should've ended with Jason hanging up the guns and hood. Only to be given the suit and cowl by the rest of the family. Dick as Nightwing, Tim as Robin, and Jason to carry on the legacy of the Bat. He has the build and the voice for it after all.
I just finished it with Knightwing. Hit hard with Dick Grayson at the end.
Idk if am overthinking it but Bruce's eyes being red dots at the end make me think we are going to see him again, I was expecting him to be happy/content before closing his eyes and sacrificing himself.
Love when developers surprise you like this but wasn't much of a shock because everyone was on to Batman being secretly alive ages ago as soon as the plot was announced, they tried to keep it a surprise by outright confirming that Batman was actually dead but clearly you can't trust developers, they will outright say something false to cover tracks lmao

As soon as I saw Ra's in the opening cut scene i knew... oh.. they're bringing him back with the Lazerus pit. What i didnt expect was for him to then immediately die again 5 minutes later
They didn’t lie. Are you so jaded that you’ll just assume the worst about anything? He was dead. The bat family found his body and confirmed his death in the beginning. Maybe finish the game and see the whole story before you start making statements about what the developers said and what actually happened?

7:52 This Batman was definitely more likable and balanced in persona and was also more open with his bat family here.

Emergency cockpit ejection that shot him out of the cave. But it’s trajectory was off so he landed in Gotham Bay and the hatch wouldn’t open. Activating the emergency hibernation protocol and retrieval beacon, but the beacon was damaged by the Talons when they had swarmed the batwing.
- How Bruce Survived and can come back in a DLC adventure after the story.

Same, beat the game twice, got this ending both times, don't believe it's a secret ending.
It amazes me how many people are straight up gushing over the batman and his suit in this game some of these people are the main ones not wanting batman in the game it's ironic.
I find fans to be stupid now a days. Who tf watches stuff exclusively for the side characters ? It's a brain dead ideology that the whole cast needs just as much shine as the protagonist

It was a fun game. Great story. Fingers crossed for a dlc.
It's not really a "secret" ending when there is a big waypoint in the Belfry leading you to this cutscene ... though it was very funny and a good way to end the game

It's hard to get immersed in the story when they keep rebooting it. There's no stakes because if someone dies or gets crippled, you know they'll be back in a later installment.

Would be awesome if in the sequel, Batman either wasnt dead, than you got to play as him, need to rescue the others, or if they did the comic version and had Dick become Batman...But my question is, where was Damien Wayne in this story? Or will that be part of the sequel maybe, because it happens when Talia mind controls Bruce...hmmmm

Then they could have Batman in the next one. I do get not having him in this game so that normies don't play as only Batman because they've probably only ever watched the live action movies and have no idea who red hood or Tim Drake ever are and don't care about dick or Barbara, but if they plan on making this into a series, they should have made it so Batman could be in those.

They could still bring him back. But it depends on what they want to do with the game going forward. Is this going to be a series? A lot of it hangs on that.

This game is shit. Easily the worst version of Jason Todd. I can't imagine what the developers were thinking.
On one hand, appearance-wise this may be Jason's worst ever design. On the other, the people who think he would _ever_ go around murdering random mooks are people who don't know the first thing about Jason's character.
So. Basically ninja turtles...Nightwing=Leo, Red Hood = Raphael, Batgirl= Donatello, and Robin/Tim Drake= Mikey...oh and the colors even matched...
