Damn you are not saving words when coaching, everything is told directly without hesitation, i rly like that
A lot of effort for me to sugar coat things. Find a balance between being a dick and being a good person
I really respect this style of criticism. Too often I think "what the hell is my team doing" and kind of give up or don't comm. I will say it is extremely difficult with toxic teammates who go for unnecessary plays and will shit on you no matter what you do.
Love that your channel is fostering encouragement, not ego!

i think a lot of it also has to do with the fact that he's gonna be harder on the higher elo ppl too since more is expected
How are you not above 500k subs, this is golden content tbh, no cap this is one of the best vod reviews I've seen besides the boaster and tmv but those are pro plays, I've seen other coachin vods and most of it is veryyyy basic shit but this is one where you're not hesitant to tell him things that is bad, love it man

im pretty new to the game (not fps in general) im a trash gold 3 and i can see what you mean when you are talking about attitude.
im currently getting matched with plat 3s and diamond 1s and i always feel like everyone just plays to do their own thing, they dont really care about infos, map awareness and generally gamesense doesnt feel to be there.. and that tilts me like nothing else.
i need to start taking deep breaths and a chill pill for sure.

I love this video, but not cuz I want to get better of valorant I want to improve as an overwatch coach and I love the way you go about things. I've never thought about having an overhead map to go along with a vod but it makes explaining plays so much easier.

this vod review made me realize how much im spoiled by comms. I play casually with a 5 stack and we all do suck (plat or so) but our comms at least ensure theres minimal miscommunication/assumptions going on; probs what i hate most abt queueing with randos. Definitely need to improve on not autopiloting/going thru the motions with util as u mentioned

obs studio is what most use. but there's a lot of other things
he tried to argue why his blatent mistakes weren't mistakes because of his ego, hes not getting anywhere
he got the point by the end I think hes chilling
tbh it's hard to take criticism sometimes. i think after the fact, he absorbed the information. it's natural to get a little defensive even if you're paying for a coaching session :P

Please try to avoid daily uploads like jollz does. It’s hard to get excited for a new jollz video now bc there is so many of them but it is still really easy to get excited for your content bc there is less of it and it feels more valuable personally. You have great High quality content always so tysm for that!

The one tip at like 4:15 isn’t that true. I’m usually a igl and a jokester but I can’t even ask for smokes at a certain spot without being called a backseat gamer.

This is fucking cap, In my 600 hours of comp, from high bronze to top 10k immortal i have never been called a backseat gamer for asking for a smoke. Maybe consider how you are asking for smokes? you might sound more toxic than you are trying to.

As of right now this guy hasn't displayed IGL behaviour an IGL cannot be a forced role you're either a natural leader or not, if you have a lack of comms it's either A because you're autopiloting your games or B you naturally don't take charge so if your team aren't using comms then you probably won't, on top of that making comments towards your team negatively is pointless unless they say shit to you it just shows your own lack of responsibility for your own shortcomings
TL;DR IGL is a natural role don't say you are an IGL just because you want to lead
