I partially wanna thank you for showing the tool. I have one or two of those but didn't really know what they went to. Do you now if that tool is specific to the PMI or will it work on all Sheridan markers?
I believe that it is specific to the PMI-III / VM68. The valve removal tool for the Sheridan KP and other brass markers is double ended to remove both the nut and valve.
The VM68 was my first paintball gun. I had so much fun with that heavy thing.
