I'm seeing reports that the Shelby County Board of Commissioners will hold a vote for that on Wednesday, although the GOP has been threatening to cut funding in Memphis if Pearson is reappointed.

Agreed. The funny thing is that the people who tried to kick him out will still be sitting in the TN legislature when the Justins are being called to serve on the national level. These outstanding young men are now known throughout the country. They will be involved with someone's campaign and get the exposure to run for higher office, work as a communications person for the president, or be picked for a government position. These two names will now be heard often in this country.

I knew the TN GOP were bad, but after seeing how bills are passed or not passed just scares me. I am sure the average TN resident had no idea it was like that either. Imagine how many bills that could have benefited them that were not passed.

One thing I found very interesting while I did an RV trip through numerous states....the red states I went through were sad. Meaning I saw a noticeable increase in abandoned homes/properties and the roads/highways were also noticeably terrible to drive on - massive and long pot holes/ridges on interstates in TN and KY.
