what i actually do is apply extra vrigin coconut or olive oil on my hands, rosehip oil works too, (dont use baby oil or mineral oil. use organic oils) and then wear gloves over night. right when i wake up my hands feed like baby skin hehe it works!, for feet too ;) i just add plastic wrap then wear socks over it do it overnight.
