I'm french and i didn't really notice a lot of differences before your video. However, most french people don't use sunscreen in a daily basis. It's more use for summer, holidays.

Love this, skincare has become so important to me. I am new to makeup and deciding not to wear it until 36, was simply because Clean makeup did not exist up until just recently. I absolutely think it matters about what you eat or put on your body. Great content gorgeous, love the tips on your channel.

Thank you for this informative video. I'm Asian living in an all year Summer and humid place. Sunblock is a must daily, even when I'm indoor. Many have commented on my good skin but I give credit to the sunblock and daily skincare. French skincare is the most important and works well for Asian skin.
I was a makeup artist and love doing makeup on myself, including playing with contour and concealing but I have come to love French makeup. French believes in only enhancing the natural beauty and do not over do it like American or Korean/Japanese makeup. Love your video and all the information!!!

Great overview! I have forgotten some of these over the years. I always forget to drink water. Learning to take my skincare down to my chest in my early 20s has been amazing. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

considering most models are in their teens or early 20s, with access to dermatologists and frequent facials, who make the kinda money that allows them to afford premium skincare products (that’s not even touching the rampant use of retouching in photos) can we stop pressuring regular women to have the same perfect skin they do? it’s ok to not have “model perfect” skin. sometimes the models themselves don’t even have it!

Antioxidants found in wine are not near enough the amount needed to see any health benefits. You would have to drink TONS of wine to get that benefit and the alcohol would completely undo any other benefit anyway. You like your wine? Fine, but dont call it healthy, it isnt.

I guess that part was unclear, when I said “healthy for our skin and body to fight off free radicals” I was referring to the antioxidants (resveratrol and polyphenols). I was simply stating that we don’t have to give up our wine as long as we make a wise choice with our selection of wine 😊 hopefully that clears things up.
