    Wowsers! This puzzle is mind-boggling. I love it though & have just looked up whether I can buy it in the UK. Good news I can, so have just purchased it and the 1000 piece that broke your brain. Keep the great content coming! Love the unusual jigsaws you highlight.

      Thank you!! I think Art & Fable recently got picked up by some European retailers (I think I saw on their IG). Definitely worth trying!!

      @@piecebypiecepuzzler Thanks! After I saw your video I went and Googled the company - they have a UK website! 😃 I had a wee look, I really like the puzzles by Mandy Budan - they are almost gradient-esque! Very colourful. They are a little on the pricey side though so I’ll save a bit before I buy a couple. I am looking forward to trying them though, I really like the sound of the “velvety” pieces 😍

      I built a foam puzzle once. Was kind of cool. The pieces were cushie (for a better word) The puzzle held together real nice.

    Loved this puzzle , reminds me of a 300 pc Ravensburger children's called the imaginaries.. I have almost purchased art &fable several times but haven't. You have sold me on them I can't wait for the velvety feel part. Good job !

      Thanks so much for watching, and I hope you enjoy your Art & Fable puzzle. Which one are you trying? This one or a different one?

      @@piecebypiecepuzzler i like lake como , the keepsake and the window nook, and the 500 pc one you did. Glad you mentioned the texture I was looking forward to a plush thick velvety feel.. so now my expectations are different but not a deal breaker .. that part has been the biggest draw for me other than the interesting illustrations. I'm working on lady tremaine by Ravensburger right now.. its pretty vibrant and fun. Cheers from Idaho.😁

    I enjoyed seeing you piece this one together - wonderful colours and details! 😍 I actually just got a hold of Mantis Mundi - my first ever Art & Fable puzzle! I'm super excited (and maybe nervous?) to work on that one - I'm planning to make a video of my experience too. 😀

      Ooh, can’t wait to watch!! Doing this one definitely made me feel like I could go back and tackle it. When I pulled out Mantis Mundi I realized I even gave myself a head start by keeping all of my sorted piles in individual ziploc bags 😂

      Ha ha! Past you was very organised and diligent! 😂 I'm looking forward to seeing you put it together! 😀

    You do a wonderful job reviewing puzzles . I know I’ve said it before but I had to say it again . Love the puzzle you built and the stand is a great idea . I have not built any from this company . How’s your huge huge one coming along ?

      @piecebypiecepuzzler  2 года назад +2

      Thank you so much for watching and for your kind words. Definitely recommend giving Art & Fable a try. The huge one isn’t even started yet!! 😱 Right after I unboxed I hurt my right hand and it’s only just back in commission. So: very soon I plan to sort and get started.

    I found your channel yesterday and am enjoying your content. I really like how you talk about the experience between the time lapse segments.
    I just bought my first Art and Fable puzzle last week - Tailor by Boris Shapiro. I'm excited to build it soon.

    That was certainly a very intriguing jigsaw that you did, lots of interesting details in it. Most 500 piece puzzles are 19" x 14". There are ones that are referred to as Big 500 or 500XL but they will be, in the main, 19" x 27". Was there a jigsaw company that you have done whose pieces were a bit larger and therefore the measurement of the jigsaw was in between the standard 500 and standard 1000 piece jigsaws? There can be variation in measurements with different companies. A jigsaw is to be enjoyed whatever size it is.

      I think the largest 500-piece puzzles I’ve done are the 500-piece Ravensburger “Large Piece Format” ones (27” x 20”), and Piecework Puzzles’ 500-piece Tea Time (19.25” x 26.6”) that I did. I don’t think I really have a huge preference between larger piece format or smaller. It’s nice that there are some large-format options though, especially for those with different needs.
