jarjar cooks - Braised Pork (卤肉)

It has been a long while since we had braised pork belly, and so we decided to cook that for lunch. It turned out to be pretty good, as it was approved by the matriarch of the house and given a score of 80/100 ;p. Definitely a dish that we could prepare again in the future.
