  • The all-new full-electric 2022 BMW i4 is rated as four star cars at the Euro NCAP Crash & Safety Tests.
BMW’s battery electric compact executive car i4 shows that luxury does not always means better safety performance. Equipped with a similar sensor set to the 3 Series tested in 2019, the gran sedan missed out on some critical crash avoidance points and achieved a 4-star rating.

Twice the price ofc it will be better. It is not about car alone but price. If not price important then Rolls Royce always win. Your logic is weak.

The front looks poor, the rest of the car is not too bad I suppose.

So, the BMW i4 scored 87%, 87%, 71%, and 64% vs a 2019 Tesla Model 3 which scored 96%, 86%, 74%, and 94%, respectively, it's not like BMW didn't know the Model 3 Euro NCAP results, seriously, what no computer crash simulations, BMW is still behind Tesla, too heavy, not enough range, slower charging, smaller interior space and cargo space, I mean, the only reason to buy it, is because you want a BMW EV

@@snoodviolin7361 So many people who buy cars do not use a feature by feature scorecard when selecting a vehicle. I for one like companies who respect my time and deliver a clean vehicle with quality control check documents (1 for factory, 1 for dealership) in the glovebox. A company that purposely delivers a car with visible quality lapses is a brand that would never get my custom. More importantly, every customer does not buy a car and obsess over range and charge times as many never take their cars for long distance trips and choose to fly to long distance destinations. Tesla fanatics who suffer from intense Dunning-Kruger (se earlier post) are sad to deal with.

It has 300 miles range. More than a base model 3 and lot that much less than a long range. Bjorn's test claimed the i4 to be efficient as a model 3.

So ugly and a terrible NCAP rating. See the individual numbers, this BARELY got a 4 rating.
