    INGREDIENTS:
    Eggs------2
    Milk-----2-tbsp
    Onion chopped-------1/8 cup
    Capsicum chopped------1\8 cup
    Green chili chopped------1 tsp
    Ginger chopped---------1 tsp
    Green coriander chopped------1tbsp
    White cumin seeds-------1 tsp
    Salt--------1/2 tsp
    Black pepper powder-----1/2 tsp
    Red chili flakes------1/2 tsp
    Sesame seeds------1 tsp
    Butter (or oil) ------1-tbsp
    Cheese (shredded)-------2-tbsp
    PROCEDURE:
    1. Add 2 eggs and 2tbsp milk in a bowl and whisk well.
    2. Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped green chili, chopped ginger, chopped green coriander, white cumin seeds, salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, sesame seeds to the same bowl and whisk until the ingredients are mixed thoroughly and put aside.
    3. Now place a pan on low heat and spread 1tbsp butter (or oil) so that the bottom of the pan is evenly coated.
    4. Now add egg mixture to it.
    5. Cook on low heat until it solidifies well.
    6. Spread cheese in the middle and turn one side of the omelet. Then turn the other side and cook for 30 seconds.
    7. Flip the omelet and cook again for next 30 seconds.
    8. When cheese melts inside, flip the omelet and turn off heat.
    9. Omelet is ready to serve!
