So now you do that, and as the years go on, the separation you have with your competitors and peers grows larger and larger… And by year 5 and 6, it doesn’t matter what kind of work they do in the summer - they’re NEVER going to catch up.”

Empty Gym is the best gym for me. I have social problems and I have difficulty to make conversation with people and I want to work with myself. I can't workout with other people.

Love empty gyms. I try to get there as soon as they open so I can work by myself and improve on things. Then ppl start showing up and ask you to play and if you say no they say you're scared so you have to play to save your reputation 😭
No, you don't, you just continue to work on your SPECIFIC checklist of drills that morning and continue to tighten up your weaknesses and get better. This is a great mental lesson that can help you cultivate the killer mindset, you know the one when the Black Mamba comes out. Stay focused on what YOU need to do and not what OTHER people want you to do. It's your time and your agenda, never theirs.

BallinDay96 completely ignore them, you know and they even know that they are talking s**t. They even realized it when you totally don't react to what they are saying. i have the same problem, but just when somebody is walking across the court and one the ball to take a shot, they stand there like "just one shot, just one, please" I ignore until I realize they are not going to move until I let them shog

this is what's a real practice your skill is all about. mastering the art of basic of basketball. players now a days practicing with tennis balls and hiring and1 couches skill to look good ankle braking. no wonder there's no legend in the making I'm the NBA right now.. all you see is whoever can shoot the longest 3's and ankle brake.

I was cut in my varsity team because i have to transfer school. Because of that I just go to the gym to work on my skills. Luckily I found egt basketball. Thanks egt!!! my goal is to go to division 1 basketball hope Ill sucseed wish me luck!!!!!

I don't care what anyone says Kobe is the most iconic basketball player right next to Jordan, for example when kids were hooping in the driveway or the park before they yelled out Jordan after there shot, and now and throughout the 2000s kids yell out Kobe. Hell if I do and I'm not even a kid (despite my name lmao). Kobe and Jordan are the best players to ever play the game simply cause they were the exact same player
I agree. Kobe doesn't get the recognition from many people and the media for the WORK and EFFORT he put into his game. To me, that's a great lesson to people.

That's why I love Kobe. This mentality is unique, I love going to the gym late at night (after midnight). It's just you and your goal no one will distract you from what you do. That's a way of living I love doing the same when studying or working, everyone sleeps, it's quite and peaceful. :)

Never really liked basketball as a kid, but for some reason once my dad told me he had passed I kept getting flashbacks of kids that would play shouting “Kobe” as they shot a paper ball into the trash and all the sudden I just started searching up his morals and values and now I’m motivated to become a better person and I’m very thankful for that, it would sucks that I will never be able to meet him but he has changed my view of life and I will continue to use these morals in my future. Rest In Peace Kobe 🙏🏽❤️

i just bought drew hanlens egt 2.0 and it's great i just have one question though. Are you supposed to do the workouts from the pdf where it tells you what to do or the videos on the egt app. I Checked workout 1 for both of them but they're two different things with different moves.

I felt comfortable with really working hard In the summer and scraping by during the school year. My mom was going to get me a Spalding outdoor hoop. Wil that be fine for the winter and fall season for practicing and working out ? Please help
