When I attended their Pagtatag Finale concert, I was there for Stell, but when they sang ballads like Nyebe, Liham, and Ilaw, my eyes fixated on Pablo. At first, I thought it's because he's the composer of their songs, so it's just natural that among the 5, his stage presence and voice would really stand out. But after watching this duet with Sir DA, I realized that it's really about his voice and how he understands the lyrics, and how he puts himself into the song that makes it really effective and touches the hearts of the audience. The raspiness of his voice adds character to it. I hope Pablo gets to compose more love songs, whether as a group or, even better, as a solo artist. I like him singing rap, but his voice is so flexible and can sing all genres. 🙏🏻
I couldn't agree more. When I heard him rap, I was amazed that he can rap fast and still understand the words. Same thoughts, he sang SB19 songs with full of emotion maybe because he is the songwriter but when I heard him cover some love songs like palagi etc on his tiktok and now Bastat kasama kita made me realize na bagay sa kanya ballad. It's not the ballad song but how he sang the song. He makes people gets emotional when he sings ballad. He touches everyone's heart

Many singers today focus on hitting high notes or delivering an impressive performance without truly putting emotions into the song. I believe, no matter how technically skilled a singer is, if they can't connect with the audience or deliver the song's message, it isn't a truly powerful performance. Pablo is one of the few artists in today's generation who can truly deliver the song and transcend its message.
