I just got a Haines 2 cooker…..thank you for such a thoughtful presentation on how to make bread. That is going to be my first thing to cook. 😃 it blows my mind things will get all brown with a solar oven.
Do not cut back on liquids in high altitude baking. Moisture is absolutely necessary to prevent dough baking into bricks/Adobe ... 😊
