    So helpful- just learned this concept in class today and I was super confused. But as I have watched all your videos on voting theory, I knew I could come home and reinforce what I (loosely) learned in class by watching your video on Weighted Voting Theory. Now I understand all of this introduction; whereas minutes ago I barely understood any of it. Thank you, and thank you for helping teach a student somewhere far away! Very grateful you take the time to do this to help others.

    That specific definition of a 'dictator' is a useful one when you read about 'non-dictatorship' etc. in these contexts!

    Is the second voting system even valid? the total weight is 25 so the lowest the quota could be is 12.5. 11 is below that.

    I'm confused on the first example identifying a dummy player [18:8,8,8,2] players 2 , 3 , and 4 can pair up to meet quota therefor player 1 is not needed right making it a dummy I'm just confused ?

    need help: if a voter is a dummy for a given quota, must the voter be a dummy for all larger quotas? Explain
