That’s so Chinese product… 1. There is no isolation between the cells each other and a chassis, because they don’t touch each other only when are new 2) You have to screw power wires at the very beginning (with isolating a free clamp), because it’s easy to short the first or the last cell when you screw them the last 3) A BMS you use and internal wires you use do not match the battery. They can merely bypass 50 amps. That’s not even 0.5C. Check out for instance 100A JK BMS and pay your attention on a thickness and number of cables to the BMS, and number of input/output posts. These are so kid mistakes, and to fix them is so cheap, that I have no idea about an education of your engineers. Sorry to know that.
