This is by the MOST HELPFUL video I've seen about how to set up my planner. I'm a small business owner (Marriage Therapist) and a mommy of 2. I've been racking my brain since starting my Happy Planner journey 3 months ago about how to set everything up. I've tried using multiple planners which have not worked and just left me more frustrated....but THIS! This is what I've been looking for and trying to find!! I would LOVE to see you do more videos like this for working/business owner moms (or dads)! Maybe even specifically for a mom who runs her own private practice ;) THANK YOU!

Yasss please, I’d love to see home cleaning principles! Love the routine section with the meal prep, I am working on developing something like this when I work 12 hour shifts so I can keep things simple when I get home so late in the evening. Love how you used the hourly for everyones schedules.... Mind blown! I’m going to have to watch this video a couple more times. Way to rock that Happy Planner girrrrrl!

I love so many of your ideas. I live in my planners. This will be the first year I have a HP though and I hope to use only 2 planners. I am older now, but when all 6 kids were at home and adding in having our 6 foster kids, I had to make my own designs for many portions of my planners to fit that many kids. Then I also color coded each child because it was more efficient to just use dots of color instead of their full name, LOL. Thanks for inspiring me to get my planners filled with such fun things. New subbie here. Yay!

I would love to see a set of cleaning printables! Where did you get the silver foiled dashboards...they are beautiful. I like the classic for my go-to planner and BIG for home record keeping and medical record keeping as most documents that come under those sections like auto and home and medical and life insurances all come 8 1/2 X 11 and documents with medical and prescription records also come that size so I just get out my trusty Mambi paper punch for disc bound systems and punch the papers and plop them in the appropriate section of my BIG home recordkeeping planner/journal. I love the way you have your classic planner set up. You have finally found planner peace and it shows in your voice and how happy you are as you describe it. Blessings and Happy Planning, Denise

Classic, LOL I took back the Big Happy Planner. I didn't write in it didn't do any planning was all over the place just figured out obviously quickly that it was still way too much went back to the classic. 😉😉
I'm in a planner runt right now. I purchased the big Happy Planner Boho Dreams((2019)) thinking I was up for the challenge of the colors. Then I ran across a classic Happy Planner box kit in Wal-Mart & fell in love with it bc it has purple thought out it. I know I'm wanting to frankenplan with that one but I have no idea what the big one will be used for.
Always had a love/hate relationship with the home extension pack. I loved the idea, but the color scheme is so dated, it could literally be straight out of my mother's 1970's Home and Garden cookbook. LOL I'm hoping they'll reboot it with some fab colors like their other accessories. :-) LOVE LOVE LOVE the family schedule! What a great idea, I'm totally gonna have to make one for my fam. Now I know what to do with my Goal Getter sheets.
I just got a happy planner and this video has me really excited to set it up. I love that I can move things in and out of it. Is there like a special hole punch for this planner? I like the idea of the house cleaning printables. As someone with ADHD it always helps to have a point of reference to keep me somewhat on track on days I do not feel like taking medication.
Dear H. Yes, MAMBI and Michaels sell the special hole punch. The blue is for the classic planner and pink for the BIG planner. I need to purchase one as I want the cleaning printable as well.

I like BIG better. It’s just my DH and our dog but planning my day sheet each day is working well. If I don’t overload the day I am very productive. I do not use a lot of stickers. I need to build up a supply
I love my happy planner for the ability to get creative, however, I feel limited because of the disks. My planner doesn't flip through easily if i had the option to bind it and better hard covers I would love it more.
I would love to make my planner like yours! I have made my own 5.5 inch by 8.5 inch pages into a happy planner vertical style, but seem to never have enough to fill the pages. I really feel like I am doing something wrong when I always seem to be busy! Where do you suggest I start?

I like this setup.....it's like a command center. You can control every area of your life from one planner. Or-gan-ized! ;-)

Those pages turn so smoothly on your metal disc, my pages keep getting stuck. The cleaning principles would be nice. Love the setup.

Nice flip through. You can decoupage the cover or put packing tape on it so you wipe it off.
