Idk why but retribution just has that motivation for me, i used to not use slide notes as much cuz I thought it would sound bad but your song showed me that slide notes can sound good if you know how to use it right 👍 and your song does it perfectly especially the first verse parts, the slide notes does afton justice because it made him sound scared of Cassidy and the others
@@lincolnenslow I’m happy you noticed that! I made a point specifically to use slide notes on afton’s vocals to make him sound scared and unsure, and I barely added any slide notes to Cassidy’s vocals to sell that they’re the one in control
