What a great video. I had my first panic attack in a movie theater, then school, then traveling. For years I wanted to vacation, and I did, but the thought of getting there was excruciating. I’m in my 50’s now and finally had my first anxiety free flight a few years ago. I watched several videos made by pilots on why it’s safe to fly and it made all the difference. These are more great tips! Thanks!

wow, long time no see! You are seriously one of my favorite 'personalities' on RUclips, or rather, you just have the most amazingly calm and serene demeanor. I remember watching your vid about anxiety and quitting smoking and how helpful that video was for me, can't wait to watch this one! Hope you and your family are taking care and staying safe there in Montana or wherever you may be residing these days. Take care, lovely human!

Maybe it’s the accent and dark hair but you remind me a lot of Marion Cotillard. 🥰

How do you feel wearing a face mask? 😷 I feel claustrophobic wearing them so I avoid going anywhere.
