Well Crush has an R&B feel to his voice and Jungkook seems to sing softer. One isn't actually better than the other. However, people may think it. It depends on what are people's preference. Some may not like the voice because one has the R&B style and the other is softer. I actually like both because they give a different perspective of styles.
