Have to quit watching these late at night because I keep missing several of them as I fall asleep and don't want to miss a single one. 😅
Lol same. I kept waking up rewinding
I’ve also been rewinding. xD
Tbh it’s a great video if you can’t sleep
I’m scared my subconscious will pick up on a non factual fact
You will never be able to watch it all the way through because this vid repeats so many "facts" that are in already made videos that OF COURSE you fall asleep. It has nothing to do with how late at night it is.
I don't know why but i watched an entire video on "how to keep the conversation going" being fully aware I have no one to have the conversation with*🤦♀️🤕🤧
I thought the same thing.
Conversation with yourself
Me too! Lots of lonely people out here
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Me too!!!
We just watch these videos because 😂
What irks me, is knowing after I watch this I'll forget 90% of the content. 😢
Watch it 10 times
Close your eyes and take a 15 minute rest before you watch it
Try to chew a gum while watching it as well 😁@@kanaka118446
That’s why the videos are only for 2:00 am when you bored & fried 😂😂😂
You can share it to yourself. That's what I do.
You know you're old when you know this stuff. As he talks you remember years ago.
And here I thought maybe I was smart and now I realise I’m just old?
I've noticed that some people don't care for random knowledge and facts and become a bothered by being told information.
I love them because knowledge is power

What i woke up with while left my phone watching random vids:
Ha! I did too 😂
I was watching a guy showing videos how Chinese people are using oil from the gutter and leftover oil from peoples plates to re use for cooking……..that country needs to go
honestly I just searched for fun facts because I'm quite unknowledgeable about the world, these were actually pretty fun
2:35 Not quite: All too often, especially when it comes to the cheap stuff, white chocolate is made with lard, not cocoa butter.
I love that you included the farside comic reference for Anatadaephobia! ~ I've remembered this word since I was a kid because of it! Haha
I'm giggling like a little kid over here
Best way to avoid your eyes from tearing when you cut onions is to close your mouth. Just try it it works
Cool the onions in the freezer for 15 minutes, and don't cut close to the ends.
Sometimes when im trying to remember something for a test or anything, sometimes i can close my & remember it by picturing it on the page where it is written. Not every time but more times than not
That’s cool
I also have “text memory” :D That’s what I call it, lol. I know it has a better term though.
Seriously not being sarcastic
Dude that’s magic 🤯🪄
It’s so neat how everyone has different variations of image recall. I have no mind’s eye/have aphantasia, it’s so weird to not have something that so many have.
3 hours? i will fall asleep to this later.
This video does not need to be 3 hours long. It literally repeats facts and eventually just starts over

Amazon is ridiculously wasteful. Using big boxes may help keep shipments from moving, but what happens when those boxes are dropped off? You still get shifting in the empty spaces.
Besides the packing waste, theres also the waste in gas, because the amount of vans and cars that circle a neighborhood in a day is too much.
Kinda disappointed that the entire second half of the video is just a repeat of the first half
and to get the conversation going...6:14 in the Netherlands we call oranges Sinasappel, they got them from all the way over China, so called them China's apple overtime it became Sinas-apple
No. Sinas is citrus in Dutch. And Apples came from the middle east
@bradfleming2683 nope. I'm dutch. The etymology of the word sinaasappel (orange, orange is just one kind of citrusfruits along with lemon, lime etc) is from China's apple
@bradfleming2683 an orange is called pomme de sine in French china's apple.

No, I am not a "professional" carrot farmer, but have grown them in my own garden for many years.

Of course there are baby carrot seeds… which you can buy and even grow in a planter at home… so farmers are using them and some small carrots for baby carrots… and yes may they are cutting down some, too.
If you swallow a pen cap it goes down your esophagus, not your windpipe. The purpose of the little hole is to prevent pressure buildup when the cap is on.

There are, but that's not what you usually get in the grocery store
Baby carrots have more taste than big ones, they taste wooden.

I'll have to add a small correction on the storage of fish in fermented rice. It didn't keep the fish fresh, but instead fermented it, giving it a much longer shelf life.
What is a phemerone

Also tomatoes
That makes a lot more sense than what dude said in the video😄
Fermented fish 🤢🤮
The thing about Amazon packages is a lie. It has nothing to do with an algorithm, the stuff is literally packaged by associates who decide which box size to use. I've worked there for a few years.
So is the bell pepper “fact”. They aren’t different species. They are at different stages of ripening , and sometimes they are a different cultivar, but it’s all the same species. I’ve been gardening for years 😂.
Hot peppers are from a few different species though.
This video is a joke.
“Help you say, concentrated for longer.“ mmhm
The "last one to the bottom is a rotten egg" made me smile
Great video. These facts may clear a room, rather than stimulate a conversation, if you're at a party among a lot of dullards.
Funny thing about color having names is apparently having a name makes it more distinguishable, like there is a tribe in Africa that has like 12 or so words for the color green and they can point out different shades of green easier than a normal person but they have one word for I think blue and they have trouble differentiating different blue shades
I heard a cool fact like each African country has at least ten languages too, I’d love to know if you can remember which language has the single shade of blue? I find that fascinating. :D
There’s a tribe in Brazil called “Pirahã” and they have melodic whistling as part of their language (they use whistling primarily when hunting). ^__^

Eggs that float aren't necessarily rotten. Over time the liquid evaporates through the shell, and as a result the egg becomes less dense. White it's likely that an egg that has begun to rot internally will float, it doesn't work both ways. Floating eggs may still be fine for consumption, though the consistency of the cooked product is different.

Several other false things on this one too
The ones sold in the grocery store usually aren't
It takes a lifetime to walk around the equator...you would drown.😳
😅
You struck out on the first fact... There are without a doubt, baby carrots and also baby cut carrots... I have purchsed both kinds, and the actual baby carrots have visual identifiers, such as baby greens on one end and a tapered tail on the other end, becasue they are grown and picked that way.. The cut baby carrots have no tops or tails, because they are fully grown then cut down to a smaller size...
Actual baby carrots are not a type o carrot either, they're just regular carrots picked sooner.
@@WatanabeNoTsuna. that's why it a "baby" carrot... not fully grown

So how is so much Megaledon information derived from just the teeth? Body shape, what they ate, etc. I wonder-what if we found only a giant saber-toothed tiger fang…would we derive a giant cat from that? Just wondering.
I was thinking the same. I just don't get how they can say what something from so long ago looked like by a tooth.
Well we can compare the tooth to other sea creatures. It’s clearly CERY similar to a great white on a much larger scale.
They do some nerd math and get a estimated size.
Most of the “information” they have is just speculation and the best they can provide with limited information they can gather.
@@red3yekinggyes & they carbon date them & find out when this creature lived. And then you can use facts we already know about that time.
@@pamalawhittington1485why not Google it & learn?
The shape of the teeth help with some idea of body shape and compared to similar. What is eaten/drank during life can be determined in part by the chemicals present in the teeth.

When you say blonde and red hair are recessive, both parents have to carry to make it. I have a friend that has blonde hair his mom had brown, his dad was pure Native American with black hair, they had 5 kids every one with blonde hair, and they looked like their parents so not adopted or anything their real kids.
I really think it's only red hair that both parents have to carry a gene for. I'm no expert, it's just what I've read since giving birth to a red headed child and my hair is light brown and her father's was black-brown.

I deliver for Amazon and the box size shouldn't matter, maybe for tyne semi but not for delivery to the door. Our vans go for the driver and town we deliver on not the actual package. Amazon does not deliver they hire 3rd parties and each company has their own section of each state to deliver to. And as a driver I would be very happy if they put them in smaller boxes to take up less room in the vans.
