I re-watch these IPS train clips to always awaken myself.
I fail to understand what makes an ips officer corrupt after going through this brilliant training and their sense to serve Nation. One corrupt officer puts a question mark on the quality and standards of academy, if, perfect team of officers can mould a body and mind to be best what makes ips officer corrupt. We need to check the standard of perfection.
It's all about political interference and pressure!
Police should be made as independent body!

Why the IPS Officers who are All India Service Cadre become puppets of the State Governments where they work and ignore common man who pays them through various taxes? Is there anything the Academy can say regarding this?
Not necessarily if the intent is bonafide, the officer can find their way to perform their obligations.
It's a British era system where officers act like the monarch.
