What I do is I consider my son who has transitioned as our family's powerful guardian angel. He was 12 years old when he passed and now I think he's 45 in human years. I feel his presence often as I thank him for watching over his siblings and me regularly.
Wanted to answer Suzanne’s question of why we don’t get addicted to good emotions - we do! I am deep into Dr Joe’s work, one way to get out of misery is heart coherence everyday, which entrains your nervous system, your body to be in that stage, create those chemicals and you want to stay happy and your attraction to the kind of movies you watch changes too, you get love attacks instead of panic attacks!! You feel so grateful for no reason.
Gnosis in the Aramaic is awesome, experientially knowing. Huge difference from head to heart. Death=existing elsewhere!!! Wow. Love the Aramaic language.
Listened to Cheryl’s story about Michaelangelo before work. At work, a student I work with was wearing a Michaelangelo sweatshirt (TMNT) and after work…my daughter texted to let me know she was at a friend’s house…she texted, “I’m at Mika’s!” Now I need to listen to this again because I’m thinking there’s something i need to hear again. 😊

The exercise of asking for something to be put into your hands is WOW. I did this in an effort to help me understand what's imaginative and what is spirit using my imagination, and got my tarot cards to confirm. I asked my guide to put something into my hand that also was depicted on a card in my deck. When I saw a purse being put into my hands, I asked for a correlating card and got one that depicts a woman holding a purse. Perfect! Such a great way to hone this skill and understand what is what. Thank you, Suzanne and Cheryl!
When I connect w/loved ones, I hear them, smell (sometimes), and then “just know” I’m in a familiar “presence” … it brings me so much joy to know they are all around me!❤❤
This was so informative ! Just last week I was very overwhelmed with life, but then I remembered that I didn’t have to do it alone. I laid down , closed my eyes and asked for help from my guides and my loved ones and almost immediately an email came through from a news letter I signed up to and it read “ We’re ready to help you get better .” It’s so amazing how they come they come through when we acknowledge them and ask … and still do even when we don’t because my loved one is always looking out for me .
I have followed Suzanne for a long time, Thankful to have her vlogs Tonight I tuned into the interview with Cheryl I lost my husband of 51 yrs in 2016 Then my cherished son committed suicide Which shocked the life out of me, An then another very successful Son Became homeless because he started to Take Cocaine and before long The Drug Lords Had their teeth in him Causing this son to sell two expensive homes he had owned My son was honest good and kind , also very forgiving and accepting that he had become An addict . He was beautiful inside and out . Is my prayer that I can reflect on this special interview And feel some sense of hopefulness. I so enjoyed the 1st episode with Cheryl - it was so insightful and full of joy, and wisdom, and a very analitical scientific approach - to all of us left-brainers (aka "how do I know I am not making things up?") - was so helpful as to understand how to deal with it all), and this one was just AMAZING - I had goose bumps all way through, together with the most uncanny syncronicity regarding great Italian artists that Cheryl shared. Wow, just wow - and massive "thank you" for the two of you!
That has been my biggest fear -- that I am just imagining that my husband is with me. I see and hear him in my head but I haven't seen, heard or felt him here in this physical plane like so many others say they have. I am just so scared that I am just imagining this because I want it so bad. He just died, January 21, 2024. We would have celebrated our 40th Anniversary on February 17th. I just miss him so, so much.😢 I have been watching videos about Emanuel Swedenborg. I watch the channel called Off the Left Eye that teaches about Swedenborg's spiritual experiences. He was a type of medium, too. Edited to add: I really appreciate what she said about her grief. I feel terrible grief every night. But it has only been barely over two months so I kind of feel I am still allowed to drink my griefatini.😔

Dear Suzanne and Cheryl, I enjoyed this episode very much and learned from it. I wanted to mention, as I was listening, that I believe both of your backgrounds play a role in your psychic/medium development. Being in a navy, and being a scientist... you had to develop your mental bodies. You can't just be a "stupid scientist" or a "stupid army general". It requires acquiring knowledge and wisdom and intuition. So your mental bodies were quite developed even before you became mediums. It required a focus, alertness, awareness. Because someone who is asleep during the day, just going about his day in an auto-pilot manner, can't be a general or can't be a scientist. Meditation requires an ability to concentrate and focus, but so does learning any subject, one can't just day dream all day long and be a scientist... So all those skills and developments are important.
So much to love about this 2nd interview! Cheryl's humor, humility & eagarness to share what has worked for her is so inspiring. We can all do this! Her grief-aholic anology was wonderful. There's a musical group called GOTYE & the first line of their song Someone That I Used to Know is "We can get addicted to a certain kind of sadness." So very true... and sometimes just sad over this messy world, in general. Thanks for this pep in my step today!! You ladies are spreading love, hope, comfort & amazing possibilities ❤️ 🎉❤

Such a beautiful episode with so many amazing similarities and synchronicity! ❤ I too have used “ what if” for years as it’s a beautiful way to describe possibilities to many people who don’t agree or misunderstand mediumship. It’s been my foundation statement that invites in lovely conversations and unites who don’t understand and gives them this wonderful sense of possibility well, “ what if”? I also faithfully have used Suzanne’s Hemi Sync Mediumship The training ground CD’s ( I have the set) and listened to this particular CD daily and like Cheryl ( I’m giggling) I just kept listening to it and I have literally listened to it hundreds of times! It was super helpful to me before a mediumship session as I felt the power and love embed within the meditation. I started to watch this yesterday, but when Suzanne mentioned at the intro that this was her second interview with Cheryl ,and to be sure to watch the first interview, I realized I had saved that interview to "watch later" and hadn't, I decided to watch them both today. Wow! what an amazing story.
It took me 13 yrs to hear my husband talk to me. He said he was talking the whole time but I was too angry at his leaving to hear him. I was a grief junkie also.
So many of these questions I've been pondering the last few months especially am l making this up, am i going mad. So glad I finally watched this video.
I complained about doing something and was told "What is it to you who I choose to ...?" I find God has a certain language and I know of someone who can tell the difference between God the father, Jesus, Holy Spirit and all of them together.

I’ve started referring to the “dying” we all will face as: “returning our/his/her/my/ whatever you need to call it body to the earth” so for me, my husband of 12 years and father of my 2 older kids returned his body to the earth on October 28th, 2018.
Abracadabra- there is a great book called ’WORD MAGIC’ by Pao Chang. And if you want to dive deeper - look into Jordan Maxwell. He is no longer on this earth, but he has been explaining the meaning of spelling for many years!

I think that it is the power of the intensity of the thought that creates the power and intensity and momentum of the feeling so if we remember an experience that triggers an emotion in the beginning if it's negative we can turn it into positive and then continue the momentum emotionally on a positive basis.

My condolences. It has been a long time ago for me. I find the connections are in the places, feelings moments, struggles where we connected the most.
