I watched this live and am so glad I am not wearing headphones. Not sure why, but everyone's voice is so low, especially compared to Nene, so I put the volume a bit higher, and suddenly this jumpscare happens. Can't imagine if I was wearing headphones.
I had that happen on a phone call at work once. Someone was using a mobile headset but took it off without muting. As soon as the earphone landed next to the microphone it created an ear shattering squeal. I've had tinnitus in my left ear ever since (6 years now).
@@myfaceismyshield5963 First off, this is a clip, not a stream. Clippers have the advantage of editing that streamers don’t necessarily have live. If they can add subtitles, a warning can easily be added. Considering the Hololive members are constantly asking clippers to clip responsibly, this should be bare minimum, especially when potential harm is involved. Second, at no point in my comment did I say I was full volume. I’m simply trying to watch out for people who could be affected by the loud, high-pitched noise. This could also affect the clipper negatively, so I will definitely provide constructive criticism for things that could be improved. If you have nothing constructive or helpful to say, then don’t say it at all.
Holy shit, i was not expecting to sound like that lmao
that noise was insane lmao
Mic jumpscare 0:48
This should be a pinned comment, since the clipper decided not to mute or warn everyone about the noise. That shit could do real harm.
When I heard it I thought someone getting "Omae wa mou shindeiru."
Nani?!
Chihaya is the driver of FlowGlow, fitting that her mic breaking sounds like a air pump that’s disconnected
Chihaya was sweating blood there lol
HOKUTO SEAL KEN !!!! MIC DESTRUCTION !!!!
It's like a flashbang but for mic noise
Good thing we all Vtuber fans have been trained for this xD

You legit should put a warning for that
Agreed. A paused warning at that
I legit kept the rest of the clip muted just in case it happened again.
@@alex53748not that deep you’ll live
“Oh no an actual flashbang how will I survive?!”
Kids these days don’t know how it be.
Man, I've got bone conduction headphones on and instinctively tried plugging my ears when that happened orz

@@zarabada6125 oh dear! i'm so sorry. Hopefully Chihaya doesn't suffer the same fate.
you're keeping the clip up entirely unedited still? was your goal unironically just to give people tinnitus for christmas?
egads that was a Holofirst 🤣
Ow that was loud. Sounds like she must have pressed some button that looped the line output back into the input.
Jesus Christ, my ears. D:
Ok now I'm wondering why their audio setup features a button that emits that sound when pressed.
you should have put a warning bro, now my ears are destroyed
Now i can't hear shit thanks! 👍
Thanks, you kuso clipper. I really appreciate the lack of warning of dangerously high pitched noises.
very cute!
Please put some sort of warning/pause before the high-pitched noise. It could be really harmful especially to people wearing earphones/headphones.
Don't listen to the stream that loud then. It's your own fault if you turn the volume all the way up honestly

@@myfaceismyshield5963brother i had this on speaker only halfway turned up and my ears are still ringing days later
Bruh. Please add a warning next time.
BRO PUT A WARNING that shit will actually damage your ears. how lazy would you have to be to leave that in in its entirety wtf
my ears are still ringing after this lmao. not sure how you're allowed to upload something like this.
Agreed. A paused warning or disclaimer at the beginning of the video is necessary.
