They always put fish in these little pools, no air pump, no space. I love their creations, but honestly they would be better used just as decorative fountains or bird baths, no fish.

@re baz that was my only criticism. Didn’t like seeing so many fish in such confined spaces. Would be better to make into planters rather than a tiny aquarium, that does not meet the basic needs of the fish.

What is the ratio of cement to sand, water ?

When I make my stepping stones its 8 cups of cement to 12 cups of sand it depends on how big of a project your doing, so say 2 to 3 for a small amount and the water just put a little at a time till it's all mixed that part you kinda have to figure out for yourself I mix mine till it looks like oatmeal but I use gravel in mine so I don't have to put wire in it.
