I agree! Maybe his medical degree isn’t valid in Korea? How long would it take him to become a doctor and do the same work that he used to do? I would SO want him as my doctor! He’s such a cutie and so is his wife!
To be a doctor in South Korea, you need to speak fluent Korean, and you have to pass the national medical exam which is very hard to pass even for native speakers. After all, doctors need to communicate with their patients, and if you don't speak Korean, then it's pretty hard to become a doctor in Korea.

Racism is so big in Korea but no one talks about it. Not even just with black people but other races. Even other Asians like Philippinos and Chinese. I'm glad they at least addressed teensy bit here.
