And regardless of the type of job you have or work you do daily, burnout is an actual, real issue, people need to realize and acknowledge it when it’s happening, and do something about it, just taking time off helps, but going on an actual vacation somewhere away from what they see and do daily usually resets the mental clock and refreshes their attitude and mind.

I know they already batch their content so they aren’t filming daily, but maybe they can put out shorter videos, like 20 minutes max and film one less day a week. Just something to take the strain off because regardless of what anyone thinks, it is definitely a job to put out daily content.
