The superlative artistry of Stevie. little Steven, Steven Van Zandt of Lillehammer fame, aka Miami Steve. O Sylvio Sylvio the timing of your greatness meeting Jersey where it did: when it did, with all the others: Garry, Southside, "Bondsy" o my god We will remember you and teach School of Rock lesson plans!!
I was once of his first fans when I was in high school!! Got a demo LP..wonder where it is now! Probably worth a fortune ginen it was in like 1982 or so!
+Mountain Safety Hey Mountain, that is David Hayes on bass! John Lyon - Vocals, Harmonica Bobbie Bandiera - Guitar, Vocals Richie Rosenberg - Trombone Joes Stann - Sax Mark Pender - Trumpet Rusty Cloud - Keyboards David Hayes - Bass David Beal - Drums Guests: Steve van Zandt Tim Holland
@AbsyntheLady Thanks for your thought. My next gig is to get him to see either The Allman brothers or Government Mule...y'know, show him how it's really done. The first CD he ever bought was Paul McCartney's Memory Almost Full and I can think of few bigger Beatles fans. He tells me that wehen he's at school the guys in his class talk about listening to Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynnrd, The Stones etc almost as much as they listen to modern groups. it's wild to hear him talk about it.
The power of the Jersey Shore sound. I took my fifteen year old son to see Johnny and the Jukes at the Stone Pony and he and I both loved it.
Adore this! Little Steven and Southside Johnny... it's wonderful to see them onstage together.
Maaaan, this great!!!!! I love Steven's fabulous songs perfomed by the fabulous Southside Johnny!!!!
I've always loved this song! This is amazing!!
Steve van Zandt is rock & roll. Period.
When nj was playing rock and roll the rest of the world was in the Stone Age
@@andrewchiotis4604 lol
Except the Stones ✓ :)
