I love your way dear, thanks for the information it’s very helpful because i was thinking of giving out all my things because by God’s grace i will be relocating to Canada from Lagos. I just got my IELTS results yesterday 19th July 2023, i wrote for the 1st time and i got Band 5.0 as overall score. I got 7. 5 in the speaking test.
Tomi, you are God sent. You have videos to address almost all my concerns, thank you so much. Concerning the pots, please do the burners/cookers in Canada work with any kind of pots, whether ceramic, non-stick or aluminum? I want to know whether to carry my new sets of cooking pots along?
Awwww. My absolute pleasure . Please carry your pots . I carried mine and I am happy I did. Especially if they are new. You can cargo so that it doesn’t eat into your airline allowance. Most of the burners here work with any kind of pots, depending on your house, you might have an electric stove top. This works well for ceramic, non stick, stainless steel pots etc
Thank you for sharing these contact...which of them did you cargo your frozen soups through? I saw your video on several cooked soups you went with, hence i'm asking. Thank You Tomi. Very helpful.
Hello Tomi, love ur videos...Pls did u have to pay for customs duties? I tot for a first time immigrant, u can ship your things for free, as long as you tell them at the border that u have things coming behind u...
Thank you so much. This only applies if you take ALL your luggage to the airport yourself OR TO THE AIRLINE , but provided you are channeling through all these 3rd party cargo coys, it will not apply.
@@tobishobayo-onyeanu7860 Yes, I believe so. Just do Sea Cargo for that. Note that it can take about 4 months before it arrives. I used 2404foods, you can contact them for more info
Hahaha hahaha hahaha..... It's like you are New.... Hahaha hahaha... Try watching more people who do shopping over there. Things are EXPENSIVE... The first time I watch someone who went for visit in the UK, doing window shopping... Plate... 3-8 pound... If you are going abeg, carry your Tea cup and don't forget your spoons sef.... Don't give out your clothes..... The quality of the cloth is better sef.
@@emekauzo5784 Hav been here for more than 15yrs but I just don’t understand why ppl have to carry things like that. Things are expensive everywhere but think about the costs for shipping. I am well travelled. it is my personal preference though. I definitely didn't ship all my stuff- and I actually did a cost analysis of shipping versus buying brand new. It is 50:50 for me.

Interesting video. Did you pay customs fees once these goods got to Canada?
Thanks . Yes I did.
So informative, thank you so much. Do you know if they pickup cargo from other states in Nigeria? Or you have to send it to them in Lagos?
For now, I think you have to send to Lagos. But I heard CanadaCargo just opened an office in Ibadan
@@TomiAdenuga I juay checked Instagram, I did not see their Ibadan office.
@@Teee_01 Check their latest reels. I am sure I saw something
Yes we pick up from major parks in Lagos. You can send it to us
@@TomiAdenuga okay thanks a lot. Will keep these informations in mind.
This is very informative. Thank you. Did you freeze the palm oil?
Thank you so much. No, you don't need to if you are sending by Cargo. It is 100% allowed vis Sea or Air Cargo

Thanks for the video. Please how much/kg is air and sea cargo respectively?
Air- from 2600 per kg. Sea from 550 per kg
Please which air shipping did you use
I used Canada Cargo and 2404 Foods. Both are reliable. You can check them out on Instagram
Mama…do you mind sharing list of some of the things you cargoes especially for relocation like yours. Thanks
Sure, I will share soon

Why would you want to ship furniture when you can buy it at cheaper price
Do they have a minimum kg for sea cargo?
I think 100kg
I hope all your goods were intact when they got to you?
You cargoed broom or by air?
Palm oil too?
I mean keg of palm oil was cargoed by air?
Yes, everything was intact. I cargoed my Palm Oil by Air- it’s cheaper through Sea, just that it takes longer
We have an 100% success rate of our current February Sea shipment. No complaints. We have been in business since 2019.
I don’t understand why you would cargo pots and other utensils to abroad when you can buy them here in Canada.
