Hi Riley if you’re trying too modify your car, and don’t have the time to do it. Can Modfx do the wrk for you like order the parts like a wicker bill, oil catch can, Hd lights. Etc have them installed it an pay for the parts and labor. Thank you.. keep up the good work
Also: I couldn't see from your vid, but if there was any gapping at all, you want to add washers rather than simply tightening it down more to fit. According to one of the engineers who helped on the design and testing of these, "If this kind of gap is closed up when tightening the hardware down, it introduces a preloaded condition into the differential housing. This distorts or twists the housing and causes bearing whine and also changes the ring/pinion mesh." I have a few pics if you need them to give you an idea what I'm talking about.

Ive had multiple chargers my current 17 daytona started with the "tick". It ticks on cold start when it sits for a few days and when it warms up the sound goes away. car just hit 5k miles. My last 13 daytona never had an issue. Im taking it in for the issue in about a week. Some people say its normal. Some say its the lifters or even a cracked exhaust correction "gasket"(thanks for the correction Slobra). I posted the sound clip on my page of the 13 daytona and the 17 daytona if you can listen to it and lemme know what you think or anyone else with some knowledge on this issue. Otherwise it would be the exhaust manifold gaskets...not a crack manifold. Should you know this from owning so many mopars? Also Riley probably wouldn’t know what your problem is you would have better luck going to a Forum and seeing to hundreds of threads asking the same shit as you...seems like you already have since you have the answers already.

Christophe Johnson yes that is wheel hop. I have a 2006 Toyota Avalon and I get incredible wheel hop until 30mph, fwd is the worst when it comes to wheel hop, it hurts my 0-60 like crazy. In order to eliminate it you need new sticky tires, and possibly suspension. It’s mostly on older cars you will get wheel hop since the bushings and braces are worn out.
Breaking rc I absolutely need new tires. Being that it’s a Mercedes I wouldn’t be surprised if the suspension was to soft to begin with. Unfortunately a full poly bushing kit is big bucks so I’ll probably save my money for good tires first.

But honestly wheel hop is just something your going to get over time. The tires on my car are the cheapest of cheap. $35 each, they are pretty much plastic lol, so it’s my tires and suspension. Coil-overs and new wheels/tires will help with the wheel hop but maybe not eliminate it
Breaking rc I Well, I bought new tires, because I had to! lol I had to try and drive the car in very cold (-12F) because my winter car was dead, and didn’t make it down the block before I had a total flat. Had to have cracked the tire somewhere. My new ones are more all seasonal. Pirelli P Zero All season plus. Will be nice to just have fresh rubber that’s a little more compliant. We’ll see how that handle the power. 😑

A&M FBA Hmm. I thought this brace could help with wheel hop and juttering I get on hard accelarations. My car is a manuel so 0-60 accelarations with a hard launch spins and wheels hops pretty bad and if I shift fast into second gear it occasionally will hop briefly in second gear too.

Joe T. I had a microfiber rag do the same exact thing on my exhaust. I left the rag on the fender liner under the hood, found its way under the car and got stuck to the flange after the off-road pipe, only reason I know it was the rag is because the label and a small piece were still stuck to the pipe...lol
looks like roadkill remnant. I scalped an (already deceased) armadillo the other day. bone and flesh hung dripping from the rear diff. left a similar look.

U should spray ur pipes black. Did it to mine with some heat resistance rustoleum and looks great. The silver is kind of an eye sore imo.
SRT 780 it's holding really well. I've owned the car for about a year. Still looks like it did the day I sprayed it. Def worth doing.
