I would've preferred Armin. There's no point in letting the dude that wanted to die the serum. Not to mentions all Armin's plans had everyone or most surviving. Erwin made a lot of casualties. He constantly challenged authority and brought extraordinary risk to everyone.
erwin's was the most easiest one because they all salute with right hand and Erwin use to so the salute with left because he didn't had right hand.

Would choose Erwin every time. Choosing Armin was incredibly shortsighted, and it ended up biting them in the ass. Paradis needed guidance that Hange and Armin simply could not provide.

That's a very vague response.Unfortunately Armin proved to be insecure, inexperienced, and ultimately useless when it mattered the most in the years after reaching the basement. Erwin was the type of decisive leader that Paradis needed during the timeskip years. Hange and Armin were clearly too complacent and in way over their heads. They repeatedly let the political situation devolve into the mess that it became.
Erwin would have likely been aimless and defeated if he did get revived. His one goal was to know the truth, but there was nothing beyond that. Armin had more past that, and strived and yearned for more. Armin was also on a very similar level too. Not as charismatic or leader-like but arguably more strategic and understated.
@@HenrythePaleoGuy Erwin being aimless and defeated after being revived? Not a chance. He explicitly told Levi that his goals after reaching the basement would be to use whatever knowledge they acquired to eliminate the foreign threat attacking the walls.
If anything, finding out about the outside world, and the massive danger that the island is currently in, would instantly light a fire under Erwin. Not only would it strengthen his resolve to ensure the safety of his people, but also to make sure that his fallen comrades did not die in vain. The man that successfully orchestrated a bloodless coup d'etat would be Paradis' most valuable asset.
Meanwhile, Armin's dreams had nothing to do with Paradis' actual survival. He was still very naive and inexperienced, only expressing his selfish desire to see the sea and explore the outside world. And we eventually saw firsthand just how complacent and incompetent he was at being a leader or political strategist during the 4 years between his revival and The Rumbling. Armin is the one that was defeated and useless, with no tangible contributions toward Paradis' survival. Erwin was undoubtedly the much wiser choice to revive in this dire situation.
