    Mercy Mwongela serves as the Chief Customer Experience Officer, where she oversees Institutional Sales, Product Structuring, and the enhancement of overall customer and staff experience. Her responsibilities extend to leading the automation and end-to-end integration of the company's processes. With a career dedicated to finance and investment, Mercy brings a wealth of experience to her role.
    Throughout her professional journey, Mercy has demonstrated a purposeful commitment to crafting impactful customer journeys that elevate the overall customer experience. Her enthusiasm lies in creating exceptional boutique experiences and tailored solutions for clients and investors. Much of her career has been shaped by her tenure at the Dubai International Financial Center, where she worked for boutique asset management and education investment companies.
    Mercy's expertise spans various sectors, including investment banking, real estate, and education. She has held senior positions in finance, investment, fundraising, legal & compliance, and business development. Notably, Mercy has managed and raised over USD 200M in Assets Under Management (AUMs) across different dockets at Africa Crest Education Holdings and Investbridge Capital.
    Beyond her professional endeavors, Mercy is actively involved in initiatives that bridge investment opportunities between the UAE and East Africa. She played a pivotal role as a founding member of the Kenya Business Council - UAE chapter. In her personal time, she dedicates herself to mentorship programs aimed at facilitating education and empowerment for the African girl child and youth.
    Nabo Capital, where Mercy works, is a 3rd generation CMA regulated and RBA licensed Pan-African fund manager. The firm specializes in asset management, private wealth, and advisory services. Additionally, Mercy is associated with ACE Holdings, an investment company focused on expanding SABIS' presence in the African educational sector. ACE Holdings aims to establish schools across Africa, starting with Nairobi, Kenya, with plans for further expansion into South Africa, Egypt, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, and Morocco.
