Back in college I had friends work as bouncers and went to clubs every weekend, and not a single one of the bouncers ever punched anyone, but they all took guys out most nights. You literally ask them to leave and they leave, and those who refuse get carried out physically.
Obviously they're not going to hire your average 5'8 skinny accountant type. They hire big guys for this reason only (to manhandle problem makers). Both guys who worked as bouncers were pretty big (one was 195 cm with kickboxing training, the other was a chubby 190 cm who later moved on to become a truck driver).

Yes so we are both Kavkaz people but different. Chechnya is a Russian republic as well as being Chechen is an ethnicity. However Dagestan(where I am from) is a republic but not an ethnicity. To be Dagestani is referring to our republic nationality of Russia. However there are over 50 ethnicities and languages and dialects here. Including undocumented ones. The majority ethnicities of Dagestan are Avar(Khabibs ethnicity) Kumyks, Dargins(Hasbullas ethnicity). But Dagestan and Chechnya share a lot of similar history
