Having skills to maintain and improve one's home are important and useful as all of us need a place to live throughout life. I always assumed the kitchen woodstove was outside in warmer climates due to heat and fire hazard... similar to the American summer kitchen. To see others make improvements inspires me to make improvements and learn more also. I like the color used in painting the room. Bamboo is a great resource.
