at 14:30 instead of professors research you shouldve sabrina'djust killed his 2nd vulpix when you had the chance. since his rapidash needs at least 2 hits (with blaine, without it wouldve been insta GG) to kill you it wouldve left his last rapidash at 10 hp which wouldve given you a way higher win percentage
people are getting too hung up on ex's like charizard and stuff, the 2 times knock out score and having to build it with 4 cost takes a long time....anyways, i guess people don't want to plan or strategize or maybe it is new content creators that just want clicks, who knows.
😂 Bro, every deck is a viable choice in the game, I play the TCG since it’s beginning, there’s a lot of broken strategies right now, and people always play what’s hot, ex’s are shiny and they call attention, tournaments are always won by top tier decks, it has been this way since 1999. Now you guys played pocket for one week and are already complaining about the meta? Come on.
@@Carlos.Rivera I was also a kid at the time, but there is a blog by Jason Klaczinsky (I think that’s how you spell it), on the history of the TCG, but it was basically three or four beatdown decks, just like pocket, except there were no ex yet, the fastest was hitmonchan, electabuzz and scyther, which was called haymaker. I don’t like the format very much, there is a card that removes 1 energy for no cost, and there were no supporters, you could deck out in one turn.
Well right now high cost attackers are in general bad, EX are the more safe choice of big attackers. Later they will be the domain Pokemon type because energy fixing energy acceleration etc. 3 energy attackers hitting on turn 2 is something that we will see
love seeing non ex decks do well
"this deck wins on turn 2" proceeds to take more then 5 turns on the first game
17:57 he wins on turn 2.

@GoOKuSj33 what was the meta in 1999? I was 11 years old and barely knew how to play the game
